These make me hungry just looking at them! I make the same thing for my boys for "on the go" breakfasts once in a while....usually use sliced deli ham though. I love the idea of using the canadian bacon...just the right size!

Love that sandwich! Easy and canadian bacon is not nearly as fatty as regular bacon! Thanks for stopping by my hippie chick bedroom:)

Hey, where's mine?! I can almost taste them.

I just came to your site via your comment on mine. I have to tell you something about your etsy crocheted hats. I was at the flea market this weekend and saw twin girls wearing something that looked identical but in different colors. I stopped the mom and asked where she got those and she said a their aunt bought them on etsy, and she thought the company was 'frilly' something. Can you believe that? I bet they were yours, and if they were, they were the most darling things I'd ever seen. Very talented and creative.

This is absolutely crazy! I came to your blog for the first time today, but I kid you not, I ate that exact meal for dinner the night you posted it because I was craving it like a crazy woman. Great minds think alike!

These look so great! Thanks for sharing the recipe. It's only 10:30 now, but I could have that for lunch. Just waiting for a more appropriate time.:)

Oooh - my hubby makes these for dinner about 3 times a week. It seems we never get tired of them! They're especially good cooked over-medium with just a tiny bit of runny egg in the middle. And it's yummy to butter the muffin first too :)
