Super Easy Pumpkin Muffins

Now that fall is around the corner and the weather is cooling down, that means it's time for pumpkin muffins!  I love all things pumpkin and these muffins are no exception.  You can't get much easier than this recipe.  Well, actually you can...  Instead of using yellow cake mix and spices, you can just use a spice cake mix and skip adding your own spices.

Here's the recipe:
1  package yellow cake mix
1  can pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Mix together cake mix and spices.  Add the can of pumpkin and chocolate chips, stir until combined.
Bake @ 350° for 20-25 minutes.

Yum Yum Yum! I love this as well! My recipe is a tad bit different and lazier: I just use spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin - that's it! SO GOOD!

I'm trying that with the spice cake. Only moisture is the pumpkin? You don't add the cake ingredients from the box instructions?

Yum, these look terrific... I am already thinking about breakfast before school.

Your chair that you refinished turned out so well; I really like it. And, I received that very same blue Starbucks mug for my birthday this year! One more thing, the coffee shop photo looks so inviting, just lovely!
