Thinking Happy Thoughts

I'm trying to focus on the beauty of Spring and think happy thoughts.
Our little Stanley went in yesterday to have surgery.  He'll be at the vet hospital for several days.  My heart breaks just thinking about it, but I know he's in good hands.
Until Stanley came into our lives, I never understood how people could become so attached to their dog.  I get it now.
We're praying for a speedy recovery.

Hoping all goes well for your adorable little guy! We've had dogs since I was a little girl...and they just become a huge part of the family. Hugs to you!

I totally "get" it since my furry babies have always been just that, furry babies. They have a piece of your heart and of course you have to worry when they are ill. I hope little Stanley comes home soon.

Your pictures are beautiful and I sure hope your little dog has a very speedy recovery. I know what you mean about being so attached to a dog. I have always had cats and now since we got Bailey I cannot bear to think of life without her.

Hoping Stanley comes home better than ever! I understand your feelings - our cat is having issues and it looks like we need to start giving him medication :( And if that doesn't work we'll have to put him down. Sads.

Thanks for stopping by my blog - if I can do the 30 day shred anyone can. The good thing is that it's a quick workout. I hope your dog had a speedy recovery. Ours is going in for surgery for a growth on his eye next Friday. It's a day surgery but anytime they go under you worry. I'd love to hear how he's doing.

I've only had my dog a week and I'm already head over heels. Not being able to have kids, I'm pretty attached (understatement of the century) to my pets. Your Stanley looks EXACTLY like my in-laws' dog Nismo!
