Laundry Room Make Over

We walk through our laundry room MANY times a day since it's our entry way from the garage.  It was a space that did nothing for me.  Blah.  White.  Boring.  I ran the idea past by husband of adding a countertop in the room and by that weekend he had it installed!  We also added beadboard to the main wall.  Whew, busy weekend!  After I painted the walls a soft sage green and added some accessories, the room became a cozy little spot that we enjoy seeing everyday.

When I walked into your house through this laundry room I felt like I was entering a 5-Star resort! Great work Emily and Kyle! Want to re-do our laundry room next? =)

That turned out great! Thanks for the inspiration. My laundry room is definitely on my list of projects this year. It's also a pass through to the garage so it gets a lot of traffic. But it's ugly!!

That looks great! I always think laundry rooms should be as pretty as the rest of the house. We spend so much time in them.

This really looks amazing. Laundry areas are always so overlooked. Mine was covered in ugly wallpaper for years before I finally tackled it this past fall. You have to love this because you see it multiple times every day. Kudos to you.

Is that a premade shelf on top of your washer and dryer? Did you have it built? So beautiful!

Very nice!!! Mine would make you cry! HA! It's actually in the garage so there's only so much I can do.
