This is quite possibly the yummiest burger I have ever eaten! My husband and I always order the "New Mexico" burger from Ted's Montana Grill and just recently it occurred to us to make our own burger with a southwest twist.
Here's what you need:
Grilled Burger
Cheese, Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack work great
Roasted Poblano Pepper
Guacamole
Butter Toasted Bun

Love burgers of almost all kinds. I need to find poblanos. We have a hard time finding them. These would be fabulous.
