The Bathroom is done!!!

I am wondering why it took us two years to tackle this bathroom!  We were a little worried about removing the wallpaper but that turned out to be the easiest step of the project.

Could it be that you wanted to let your mothers enjoy the beautiful, floral wallpaper for awhile? But, wow, what a great transformation!

I am loving that color on the walls!

First, thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting on my bench! Second, I LOVE how your bathroom and your basement projects came out! I have basically the same color scheme in my kitchen as your basement, and the same color paint bought for my bathroom as what you did, so very similar tastes! I only hope my bath comes out as well as yours did. We start next week on the bathroom, can't wait! Nice work, Emily!

Wow - I really liked the floral wallpaper last time I saw it but I love the new look too - and of course the details - I like the new light fixture...(:

I love your new bathroom. It looks great. Great taste we have with the same light and looks like the same mirror.

I swear we painted our bathrooms the same color. It's not from the same company but looks like a perfect match. I will be posting some before and afters as well. Just have to catch it tidy, which is hard with only one bathroom and three daughters : )
Take care,
Dana

Just linked over and thought I would read your blog from the beginning. Yes, your bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. BUT the cutest accessory is the little furry one. He is adorable.

Hi there, found you through Better After. These textured walls are done so nicely, it's making me rethink our current wallpaper dilemma. Great job!

LOVE the pedestal - what is the brand name??? Thanks!

Lise said...

Hi what a beautiful job! Do you mind sharing the name and brand of the pedestal?? Thank you!

Emily {Frilly Details} said...

Lise,

The brand of the pedestal is AquaSource and we purchased it at Lowes.

Thanks for stopping by!

Emily, thank you for pulling this out to share at my party. What a wonderful makeover. I love it. I did the same type of wall texture in a bathroom upstairs and in our toilet room of our master bathroom. Stanley is cute, too.

What a super transformation. Isn't it a great feeling as the old wallpaper slowly comes off? Love the colours, very classy.
