More Snow and Ice

I've had enough of Winter.  I'm sick of the snow.  I'm tired of being cold.  I'm ready to trade in my extra pair of socks and slippers for bare feet and flip-flops.  At least the snow and ice make for some pretty pictures...

I'm right there with you! Another snowstorm is here in IL, and while it does look like a Winter wonderland, I'm ready for it to disappear! :)

Gorgeous peonies!!!! We've had snow on the ground four times this season - in Alabama! After 2 gorgeous days of 62 degrees, we're having another cold snap. If it snows, I think the dogs are moving to Florida!

I hope you'll drop by AtticMag this week to see my home on tour.

Hi Emily,

Just came over to say thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. I love those hats in your etsy shop.

Snow is a huge novelty to us in the Southern Hemisphere. I'm sure it can be a pain to live with for months though. But then so are 90 degree temps week in week out.

PS I dont bake either...

Be still my heart, those peony photos are exquisite! I too am beyond ready for the snow and ice to go away. Enough already!

Great pictures. I actually think the snow is pretty (probably because ours usually melts within a day of getting it). But I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the flowers bloom. Usually around here they start to bloom in January because it's warm & sunny and then a cold snap kills them....that hasn't happened this year!

I'd like to invite you to come by for my first Friday Favorites event!
